Terms of Use
Effective October 17, 2026
These terms apply to the Noodle iPhone app. Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies; if anything here conflicts with it, Apple's EULA wins.
Subscriptions
- Noodle requires a subscription. Prices and the length of any free trial are shown in the app before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase, or when a free trial ends.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Manage or cancel anytime in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Video content
Clips are played from YouTube through YouTube's embedded player and belong to their creators. Noodle does not host, download or modify them. Your use of that content is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. Creators can ask us to remove a video at any time by emailing us.
Learning content
Transcripts, translations and word explanations are prepared to help you learn and may contain mistakes. Please report anything wrong from the app.
Fair use of the app
Don't reverse-engineer the app, resell its content, or use it to break the law or anyone's rights.
No warranty
Noodle is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from using the app.
Changes
We may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do.
